These terms define your responsibilities when using RealEstateMarketingEngine and clarify the limits of an automation and measurement platform.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using RealEstateMarketingEngine, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use RealEstateMarketingEngine for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of service
RealEstateMarketingEngine provides tools for generating article drafts, connecting and publishing to supported websites, tracking keyword positions, and discovering potential backlink-exchange partners. Features and limits may change as the service develops.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access controls on connected websites.
4. AI-generated content
AI is a powerful, forward-looking tool for efficient content creation, but it must be used intelligently, ethically, and legally. AI output can contain errors, omissions, invented facts, inappropriate language, or material resembling existing content. You must review, edit, fact-check, assess originality, confirm permissions and rights, make any required disclosures, and comply with applicable laws before publishing. RealEstateMarketingEngine provides an Originality Quick Check with links to independent checkers such as Copyscape, Grammarly and Copyleaks; these are third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and RealEstateMarketingEngine does not guarantee their results. Nothing is published through RealEstateMarketingEngine until you approve it, and your approval confirms you have reviewed the content and accept responsibility for it. You remain responsible for your prompts, content, and use of output.
5. Publishing and connected sites
You authorize RealEstateMarketingEngine to access a connected site only to perform actions you request. You must have permission to connect and publish to that site. You are responsible for backups, editorial approval, legal compliance, security, and revoking application passwords when access is no longer needed.
6. Keyword tracking
Positions are estimates and may differ by location, device, personalization, timing, and data availability. Historical or current measurements do not promise future visibility, traffic, leads, or revenue.
7. Backlink exchange
The exchange is a discovery and request service. RealEstateMarketingEngine does not automatically insert links, require a member to accept a request, verify every listing, or guarantee placement. Each party controls its site and is responsible for relevance, disclosure, quality, and compliance with search-engine guidelines and law.
8. No guarantee of results
Marketing performance depends on factors outside RealEstateMarketingEngine’s control. We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, citations, traffic, publication, backlinks, acceptance of requests, leads, sales, or other outcomes.
8a. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you aren't completely satisfied with RealEstateMarketingEngine's product and service, you may request a full refund of your first paid plan purchase within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected] or using the contact page. Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method and the paid plan is cancelled. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a paid plan (monthly or annual), not to renewals after the first 7 days. The free trial requires no payment and is not subject to refunds.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use RealEstateMarketingEngine to violate law or third-party rights; publish deceptive, malicious, infringing, or harmful material; send spam; manipulate the service; bypass limits; probe security; distribute malware; or interfere with other users.
10. Intellectual property
RealEstateMarketingEngine and its software, branding, design, and original site content are owned by Salem Digital or its licensors. You retain rights you have in content you submit, and grant us the limited rights needed to process it and operate the service.
11. Third-party services
RealEstateMarketingEngine may interact with WordPress, search data providers, AI services, RankMyMarketing, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable.
12. Disclaimer and limitation
RealEstateMarketingEngine is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Salem Digital disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, ranking changes, or publishing outcomes.
13. Suspension, changes, and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties, or address suspected violations. You may stop using RealEstateMarketingEngine at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions may be sent through Salem Digital’s published contact channels.
