We may also receive technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, page activity, and referral source.
2. Accounts, content, and connected sites
When you connect WordPress, RealEstateMarketingEngine may process the site URL, username, application password, connection status, and publishing results needed to provide the service. Use a dedicated application password with only the permissions required. Your drafts and publishing records remain associated with your account until deleted according to available controls or our retention practices.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide and improve RealEstateMarketingEngine, generate and save requested content, connect to websites, perform publishing actions you direct, track keywords, facilitate backlink requests, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with law.
4. AI-generated content
Inputs submitted to writing features are processed to generate requested drafts. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to existing material. Review and verify every draft before use. The Originality Quick Check only links to independent checkers (Copyscape, Grammarly, Copyleaks); RealEstateMarketingEngine does not send your article text to them, and anything you paste there is handled under their own privacy policies. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party information unless you have authority to process it.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, AI processing, security, and support providers that help operate RealEstateMarketingEngine; with a connected website when you direct a publishing action; with another member when you send or receive a backlink request; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.

Payments are processed by PayPal; RealEstateMarketingEngine does not store your full card or bank details. We keep a record of your plan, billing period, and PayPal subscription reference to manage access, send purchase confirmations, and honor our 7-day money-back guarantee: if you aren't completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid purchase.
9. Children’s privacy
RealEstateMarketingEngine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
10. Third-party services and links
Paid members receive content calendar emails with a secure PDF download link for their own calendar. Connected websites, RankMyMarketing, and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. RealEstateMarketingEngine is not responsible for third-party practices or content.
