Step 2 — Publish

Your website. Your LinkedIn. Your approval. Your schedule.

Keep your content plan moving without repeating the same publishing steps. RealEstateMarketingEngine sends approved articles to WordPress and compatible API-connected sites, including supported AI-created websites, on your schedule — and shares every live article to your LinkedIn profile and company page.

Where do I connect my website?

Sign in, open Your websites, save your website address, and choose its platform. Then select Publishing setup beside your website. Your address is ready for planning immediately; live publishing starts once the connection test passes.

Connect your website

In Publishing setup, connect WordPress with an application password or an AI-built site with a signed publishing endpoint, then test it. Once connected, Publish now posts approved articles live to your domain.

LinkedIn auto-posting connects in the same place: open Your websites and click Connect my LinkedIn profile, or add your company page if you administer one. From then on, every article that goes live on your website is shared on LinkedIn too, with a headline, summary, hashtags, and a clickable preview — drafts are never shared.

WordPress

Connect once with an application password. RealEstateMarketingEngine sends approved articles and automatically uploads each available branded graphic to your Media Library as the post’s featured image — for live posts and drafts.

AI-created websites

Prepare content for websites built with tools such as Lovable, ChatGPT, or Claude when the site exposes a compatible publishing connection.

API-connected platforms

Use supported APIs and webhooks to move approved content into a modern website workflow. Connection methods vary by platform.

Basic: 1 article a day for 1 website URL

Pro: up to 3 articles a day across 3 URLs

Scale: up to 10 articles a day across 10 URLs

Every live article can also be shared automatically to your LinkedIn profile and company page — see how LinkedIn auto-posting works.

Direct publishing availability depends on the platform’s connection options.

WordPress: your article and graphic, together

No separate image upload is needed. Articles written through Plan My Month or Autopilot get branded graphics; when you send an approved article to WordPress, RealEstateMarketingEngine uploads its available graphic to the Media Library and sets it as the featured image.

  1. Connect once. Open Your websites → Publishing setup, choose WordPress, and enter an application password for an Author, Editor or Administrator who can publish posts and upload files. Choose live posts or drafts, then select Save and test connection.
  2. Review before publishing. Open the article’s LinkedIn & Social section to review its copy and graphic. If an older article has no graphic, use Create graphic. Approve the article, then publish now or schedule it.
  3. Find it in WordPress. Open Posts and edit the article to see its featured image. The picture is also in Media → Library, with the article title used for its image title and alternative text. Your theme controls where featured images appear.

Drafts stay private. The graphic is uploaded for drafts too, but LinkedIn sharing only happens after a live website publication with LinkedIn connected and auto-posting enabled.

Missing picture? An image upload failure does not stop the article from publishing. Check that the connected WordPress user can upload files and that your host or security plugin allows media uploads through the REST API. You can add the graphic manually in WordPress while resolving the connection issue. A passing connection test checks publishing access; it does not guarantee that media uploads will succeed.

New · LinkedIn auto-posting

Publish once. Your website and your LinkedIn both get it.

Most content tools stop at the draft. RealEstateMarketingEngine carries every article all the way: from the plan, to your live website, to your LinkedIn profile and company page — with a headline, summary, hashtags, and a clickable preview that brings readers back to your site. Connect LinkedIn once; there's nothing to copy, paste, or schedule again.

  1. 01 Plan

Your Content Calendar sets the topic.

  2. 02 Write

    RealEstateMarketingEngine writes the SEO/AEO article.

  3. 03 Approve

You approve — or let autopilot do it.

  4. 04 Publish

It goes live on your website.

  5. 05 Share

It posts to your LinkedIn profile and company page.

Only live, approved articles are shared. Drafts never post, each article posts once per destination, and you can switch it off anytime.
