NEW YORK, NY — October 23, 2026 — Salem Digital, the digital marketing company founded by Raphi Salem in 1997, today announced a new round of updates to RealEstateMarketingEngine.com, its real-estate-focused marketing platform powered by Pleezo™. Following the launch of Pleezo and the expansion of the Salem Digital family, including RankMyMarketing, the latest release brings content creation, frequently asked questions, website publishing, social sharing and referral opportunities into a more connected workflow for real estate professionals.
The updates are designed for independent agents, brokers, residential and commercial real estate professionals, brokerages and marketing teams that need to stay visible without devoting every working hour to marketing. The platform’s message remains simple: Market smarter. Sell faster.
“Real estate professionals have local knowledge that no generic marketing campaign can replace,” said Raphi Salem, founder of Salem Digital. “Our job is to help them turn that knowledge into useful articles, clear answers and a consistent presence—without making them become a full-time marketing department.”
Content is king—but useful local content earns the crown
Buyers and sellers do not only search for listings. They ask about neighborhoods, streets, pricing, the buying and selling process, relocation, property types and what makes one local professional the right person to call. Articles and FAQs give agents room to answer those questions before the first conversation.
The familiar phrase “content is king” reflects a practical reality: search engines need understandable information, AI answer platforms need clear and relevant material, and people need trustworthy guidance. A website that explains its market and services can offer more than a collection of listings—it can demonstrate the professional’s expertise.
This week, Salem published “Content as the Foundation of Digital Authority: Search, Answer Engines and Generative AI, 1997 to the Present”, a scholarly review tracing content’s role across search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO). The article emphasizes useful, well-structured information and the continuing importance of serving human readers. A companion guide to why content is so important connects those principles to a repeatable publishing strategy.
“Content is king only when it actually helps someone,” Salem said. “A buyer wants an answer, not another page written just to fill space. An agent’s understanding of a neighborhood, a street or a local process is what makes the content worth reading—and worth finding.”
RealEstateMarketingEngine encourages publishing useful content regularly, preferably daily when a professional can maintain quality. Consistency is not a promise of rankings: accuracy, originality, relevance, technical website quality and competition all matter. More pages alone do not guarantee search visibility, AI citations, leads or sales.
FAQ Builder turns everyday questions into a local advantage
The FAQ Builder complements the Article Writer by helping members create up to 100 questions and answers for a comprehensive FAQ page, supporting website sections and their own marketing materials. Visitors can preview five FAQs; full sets use one article credit and follow the existing review, approval and publishing workflow.
Members describe their specialty, audience and local market, then add the details they know best: neighborhood differences, street-level insights, property considerations and questions that repeatedly arise with clients. Generated answers are a starting point—not a substitute for the agent’s own expertise, fact-checking or required disclosures.
Articles provide depth; FAQs provide direct answers. Together, they help readers move from a broad question to a more confident next step.
“Every conversation with a client can reveal a question your website should answer,” Salem said. “FAQ Builder helps agents organize those questions, but the real advantage comes when they add what is uniquely theirs: their local experience, their specialty and the details their clients actually need.”
More control over writing, editing and website publishing
The latest workflow updates include:
- Instruction-based AI revisions: Members can ask for specific additions, removals, examples or tone changes in an existing article. Revisions remain unsaved until reviewed, with an undo option. Saving changes requires fresh approval before publishing.
- Website-first planning: The Add Article workflow can scan a selected website to suggest a topic, keyword, audience and tone. Website selections are easier to navigate with alphabetical ordering.
- Clearer publishing destinations: Connected WordPress users can load existing categories and a posts page. Compatible API-connected sites can specify an existing article listing page while individual delivered articles retain root-level URLs.
- Publishing safeguards: Scheduled delivery checks active access and recorded approval. Clearer connection messages distinguish a saved website address from a tested live publishing connection.
- AI Ad Creator: Members can turn a listing or website URL into Meta, Google Search and LinkedIn ad copy in three angles, with AI images and previews. Professionals review and run advertisements in their own advertising accounts; the platform does not spend their ad budget.
These tools connect planning, creation, approval and measurement while leaving editorial responsibility with the professional using them. Real estate claims, advertising rules, fair housing requirements, permissions and local information still require careful human review.
LinkedIn, X and Facebook: extend the life of each article
RealEstateMarketingEngine’s social workflow helps approved, live website content reach audiences beyond the website itself:
- LinkedIn: Members can authorize sharing to their personal profile, an eligible company page or both. Company-page posting requires appropriate page access and the application permissions approved by LinkedIn.
- X (Twitter): Members can authorize their own account, enable sharing for selected websites and review separate X post text. A connection is saved only after account identity is confirmed. Provider access, permissions and usage limits still apply.
- Facebook: A share button opens Facebook’s own sharing window. The member chooses the destination and audience and completes the post. This is manual sharing, not automatic personal-profile publishing.
Dedicated LinkedIn company-page, X and Facebook guides explain setup and troubleshooting. Website publication is not undone when a social share fails, and WordPress drafts are not automatically shared as live articles.
“A useful article should not disappear after you publish it,” Salem said. “Your website is the home for your expertise. Social sharing gives that expertise another opportunity to reach the people who already know you—and the people who may need you next.”
A free affiliate program for the real estate network
The new Affiliate Program gives professionals, educators, consultants and others in the real estate community a way to recommend RealEstateMarketingEngine and earn 20% recurring commissions on eligible, verified plan payments from new customers they refer.
At current monthly prices, that equals $5.80 per Basic charge, $9.80 per Pro charge and $19.80 per Scale charge. Joining does not require a paid subscription. Same-browser referral attribution can last up to 60 days; claims are limited to eligible new accounts, and self-referrals are excluded. Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming payable, with PayPal payouts administered separately. Verified refunds or reversals void unpaid commissions on the affected charge. Program terms and applicable affiliate disclosure requirements apply.
“We want people who understand the needs of agents and brokerages to be part of the conversation,” Salem said. “The affiliate program lets them share a tool they believe in. Our upcoming partner program is intended to build on that broader relationship with the real estate community.”
Coming soon: a partner program, Instagram connections and more
Salem Digital plans to introduce a Partner Program, along with Instagram connections and additional social-media connections. These are upcoming initiatives, not currently available automatic publishing features. Eligibility, supported capabilities and launch timing will be announced separately.
For now, the Instagram sharing guide explains how to reuse available article graphics manually. Instagram connection and automatic posting are not available yet. Expanding integrations will continue to require platform approvals, secure account authorization and testing before availability is announced.
Accessible pricing for independent agents and growing teams
RealEstateMarketingEngine starts at $29 per month for Basic, with one full article per day for one website URL. Pro is $49 per month for up to three articles per day across three website URLs; Scale is $99 per month for up to ten articles per day across ten website URLs.
AI Ad Creator allowances are separate for ad sets and AI images: Basic includes five of each per day, Pro 15 of each and Scale 50 of each. The three-day, no-card trial includes three free articles that can be written all at once, one website URL, and three ad sets and three AI images per day. Each full FAQ set uses one article credit.
Monthly paid plans include 31-day content planning windows; annual plans include 365-day planning with monthly segments and save the equivalent of two monthly payments. Paid plans include a seven-day money-back guarantee if the customer is not completely satisfied, subject to the first-purchase refund terms. See current pricing for details.
